Located inside of MOSAIC Salon+Spa Studios in Ballard, we are on the corner of Leary and 20th. Suite #4

-Parking is available one half block up on the East side of Leary Ave (just past the crosswalk). Please look for a MOSAIC sign and park in any reserved for MOSAIC spot.

-Please take a seat in the main lobby and we will be out shortly to greet you. 

-All Color Correction services require a consultation prior to any appointment scheduling and may require deposits to hold appointment. 

--Effective April 1st 2018 all First Time Clients will require a 50% deposit to secure your requested service(s) and date. This deposit will be credited to services provided and guarantee your appointment scheduled. We require 48 hour notice of reschedule or cancelation, failure to do so will result in the card provided being charged 50% of the appointment total. We thank you for your understanding.    

FYI'S

We kindly request 48 hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide this will result in a 50% invoice charge for services missed.

To guarantee each guest has our utmost attention and amazing service we do have a 15 minute grace policy in regards to appointments. If you feel you may be later than that we will do our best to accommodate or reschedule you.  

We accept returns of products purchased via Seneca & Boone and will gladly exchange it for something different if you don't love it as much a we do.

-Parking is accessed via NE 11th St in the lower level of the TEN20 Building. Please look for any spot marked reserved for guests of TEN20/ Mosaic. We are located on the second floor via the elevator.

-Please take a seat in the main lobby and we will be out shortly to greet you.

At Seneca & Boone we believe that you have the right to be a part of your hair journey. We promise to give you a realistic and honest road map of what to expect on this journey; appointments needed, in salon treatments, at home care, etc. We will always ask for acknowledgment and permission in regards to pricing before any services are performed. We stand behind our work, and if there is ever any adjustments or edits needed we encourage open communication in the two weeks following your appointment. We do not offer refunds.
